GUIDE TO VISA APPLICATION
Please provide a copy of your current passport and any previous passports, along with colored copies of the bio page, previous Schengen visas and stamps, and a copy of your current residence permit or Emirates ID with at least three months validity after your return from travel. Additionally, you will need to submit a detailed travel itinerary including transportation arrangements that explains the purpose, duration, and destinations of your visit. It is important that you are familiar with the places you plan to visit.
You must have overseas travel medical insurance that is valid for all Schengen countries and covers you for the entire duration of your stay with a minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR for all risks, such as accidents, illnesses, medical emergencies, and pandemics including COVID-19. Please include a round trip flight itinerary, proof of accommodation such as hotel bookings or a sponsorship guarantee covering your entire stay, and evidence of social ties to your home country or country of residence, such as marriage or birth certificates.
If you are traveling with minors under 18 years old, please provide written consent from the other parent or guardian if the minor is traveling with only one parent, unless one parent has sole custody. In cases where the minor is traveling alone, consent from both parents or guardians with custody is required, along with contact details. You must also include photocopies of both parents' passports or ID cards with signatures, as well as the minor's birth certificate.
